They age their wines in a cellar using the natural cooling and temperature control that the ground provides. Their focus is to blend old world techniques and styles with current knowledge to create wines that express varietal characteristics and their terroir.
Acquilano Wine Cellars offers standard tasting flights, featuring a sample of four wines with a guided tasting experience. Patrons typically select from a list of available wines, but they also provide blind flights where they will choose the wines for you, revealing their identities after the tasting. Acquilano Wine Cellars’ aim is to encourage exploration of unfamiliar wine varieties and styles.
